The Naked Neck chicken breed was developed in Turkey.  It was designed to be easier to pluck with the less feathers on the neck.  Not popular in America,but very popular in Europe.  This bird is quite calm and good natured.  It can handle the cold and is a relatively good bird all around despite its strange looks.They are a red faced bird with single comb and large red wattles.  4 toed bird with clean legs.
